2023 has got off to a flying start for POP Solutions<\/strong><\/a>: the point of sale (POS) advertising company, based in Nivelles, is acquiring a majority stake in <\/a>Kozmoz Design & Display, a Mechelen-based firm specialising in the development of permanent POS materials. Already the market leader in cardboard POS materials thanks to its culture of continuous development and innovation, POP Solutions’ aim with the acquisition is to strengthen its permanent materials division.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The two businesses complement each other perfectly. Kozmoz has extensive expertise in developing permanent displays and brings with it a new group of high-quality international suppliers. POP Solutions boasts know-how in the manufacture of cardboard and multi-material displays as well as a local production unit, which will allow Kozmoz to benefit from small and medium runs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For Kozmoz clients, nothing will change. Dirk De Win and Bart Claeys will remain at the helm, with responsibility for general and sales management at Kozmoz. “Kozmoz and POP Solutions joining forces is a perfect response to the growing trend of internationalisation and globalisation in the POS market,” says De Win. “This tie-up means that as a group we can offer a wide range of POS solutions and provide even more services and convenience to our clients. The ultimate dream of ‘one-stop shopping’ \u2013 or, rather, ‘one-stop POSsing’ \u2013 is becoming a reality.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

POP Solutions is also enthusiastic about the partnership. “I’m delighted about this acquisition and I know that I can count on Dirk and Bart’s boundless enthusiasm to help build the new Benefralux leader in permanent displays,” says John Morent, CEO of POP Solutions. “At POP, we’ve already invested in new machinery to drive this expansion.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
